Terms & Conditions

By paying for a trial or a term of sessions you agree to the following conditions:

  • Payment for a trial or sessions must be made in advance.
  • Only one trial is allowed per child, after which a yearly membership to Tumble Tots as well as any remaining sessions in the term must be paid for.
  • Membership to Tumble Tots is compulsory to attend sessions and is non-refundable. The membership covers your Tumble Tots' personal accident insurance as well as other great benefits. For full membership T&C’s please visit: https://www.tumbletots.com/membership-terms-and-conditions/
  • Sessions are bookable in half termly blocks, the dates of which are displayed on our website. Session do not run during school holidays.
  • Session fees are non-refundable. Should your child miss a session we strive to offer a ‘make-up’ session (subject to availability), whereby you and your child can attend the same age group at one of our other venues within the same term. These must be agreed in writing prior to attending to ensure there is space for your child in the other class.
  • Our equipment is to be used by Tumble Tots members only, adults and non-member children must stay off the equipment at all times.


  • Food and drink must not be taken onto or around the equipment, please keep these with your other belongings in the designated waiting area, where children are of course welcome to return to during sessions to have a drink.
  • Furthermore, toys/teddies should not be brought on to the equipment for safety reasons, please ensure that these are left with your belongings, or ideally not taken into class to ensure they don’t get lost. 
  • Dummies should also not be used in sessions this is for safety reasons.
  • Children should be barefoot on the equipment, this is to ensure maximum grip whilst engaging in things like climbing.
  • We want our sessions to be fun for everyone, some parents and carers do not wish for their children to be photographed, so do be mindful that only your child is visible in any media captured. Should another parent ask that you do not take pictures or videos, or should a member of staff approach you about this topic please be respectful and understanding.


  • The safety of your children are our utmost priority but ultimately remains your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines above, and listen to the instructions given by our trained members of staff, they are there to look after you. Should an accident occur, please ensure you speak to a member of staff who will be able to provide you with first aid. All accidents must be recorded in our first aid book.
  • Our sessions are run with a staff to child ratio of 1 adult per 6 children, we are therefore unable to make special accommodations to any one particular child, please ensure that enough adults attend to look after the children on the booking.
  •  Our staff are trained to do the job they do, so please listen to and follow their instructions on how to use the equipment.
  • Abusive behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated and may result in termination of your child's term with us, in such an instance no refund will be given.


  • To help minimize the spread of germs we ensure that hand sanitizer and tissues are available at all times.
  • If you or your child has experienced bouts of sickness or diarrhea, please keep them off Tumble Tots session for at least 48 from the last occurrence.
  • Similarly, if your child is unwell with conjunctivitis that isn’t being treated by medication such as eye-drops please keep them off until it has passed.
  • As we do have some children attend that are considered vulnerable, as well as pregnant parents from time to time, please inform us if your child comes down with things like chicken pox up to 48 hours after their last session.


  • Should an instance ever arise that prevents us from running a session (adverse weather, major incidents etc.), we will endeavor to contact you ahead of the session as soon as possible, by posting on our social media and where ever possible by text or email. Should such a situation ever occur you will not be charged for the session in question.
